I mentioned in a previous email that I found the session you did with us to be very helpful. I wanted to follow-up on some next steps I took after the training.
We have a monthly giving program in its infancy – we have a name and the donation page set up, and have done some light promotion. I was able to illustrate to our ED that value of focused attention on the program with information you provided. The next day, I scheduled a meeting with one of our donors for this Tuesday, and asked her to put up a match of $10,000 for our monthly giving drive – and she agreed. We also drew attention to it last night at our Annual Meeting, and I had several people comment that they wanted to learn more.
